Tea with a Pony
Wrexham Council have awarded us the community inclusion grant to be able to offer people living with dementia and their families or carers to visit us, meet a small pony, stroke and have a sensory session, groom, feed a treat followed by a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee and cakes or biscuits.
Get out and enjoy horses
Get out and enjoy horses, was a very successful project helping people who felt isolated and lonely after covid and young people who struggle with everyday school life. funded by Community Foundation Wales
Loneliness and isolation
We all get lonely sometimes. The loneliness and isolation grant is very popular and aimed at the over 50’s. Join us for some grooming or horse care sessions, a chat lots of laughs and a cuppa ! This was funded by the Welsh Government through AVOW.
